Send Us Your Digital File
Note:
This file transfer interface works best using the Internet
Explorer Browser.
Other browsers may encounter problems or need special
add-ins to function.
Upload your digital file using the
following process:
1) Find the file you want to send us on your computer -then
copy it.
(Windows users simply right click on the file and select
"copy")
2)
Click Here to access our File Transfer Interface - it will
open in a new window.
3) Enter the following Login information in the spaces
provided:
Username: diablodigitalclient
Password: uploadfile
4) Once
the interface is open, look to the top left for command
"Page", then select the sub-menu "Open FTP site in Windows
Explorer." You may be required to again enter the same
Username and Password. The FTP site will then open in your
browser.
5) Once
your have access to the Windows Explorer File Transfer Interface, "paste" the
file into the Interface. (Windows users simply right click and
select "paste" for the file you copied in step 1). You will see the file upload progress - and
then the file will appear in the File Transfer Interface.
You have then completed your file upload. If you have
additional files to send, copy each and then paste them into
the File Interface Window, as you did with the first file.
After uploading the desired file(s), you can simply close the
File Transfer Interface in your browser.
6) Send
us an email (Click
Here) letting us know you have uploaded the file(s).
